I have also tried going from Windows 8.1 to 10 but the setup gets to a round 75% restarts gets stuck and eventually reverts back to Windows 8.1, again I have tried this many times with the same results.Īny help is much appreciated as this has been driving me mad.

I have done a clean install of El Capitan. I have reinstalled windows with BC multiple times. I have now exhausted everything I can think of to try. The driver started installing although I then got the exact same problem of a black screen and then a restore to get back into windows. Most drivers were fine although it offered an update for my Intel Iris Pro 5200 driver. Today after a restore I decided to try not installing BC, I installed the wifi driver manually and once connected to the internet went into device manager to try to install drivers from windows update. I must of tried the reinstall multiple times with the same results. After restoring I can login to windows although BC has now disappeared along with all drivers from the restore process. However, using the computer for a few minutes results in a black screen which then follows by the apple chime and the computer restarts, I then have to restore windows 10 to get it working again. This got BC installed on my windows 10 and everything appeared to be working. The installer always fails on the Realtek driver, at the time I researched this and bypassed it by stopping the process in task manager and then installing the driver standalone from the folder in my USB drive. I follow all correct steps and Windows completes it's installation, BC appears to install and I run through the program.
